Tamil Nadu GST, handled correctly

Place of supply decides the tax. A vendor in Tamil Nadu against your Tamil Nadu branch splits into CGST and SGST; a vendor in Karnataka or Maharashtra raises IGST. That is worked out from state code 33 on your branch and the state on the vendor, on every document, without anyone choosing a tax head by hand. Multi-plant companies get a separate GSTIN, address and numbering series per branch.
