Frequently asked questions

How do I pay?
Basic can be paid online. For Standard, Premium and Enterprise we raise a GST invoice and you pay by NEFT or RTGS — the way most companies prefer for an annual subscription. Your account is activated as soon as the payment reaches us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, and it needs no card. Give us your email and company name and we create your company, company ID and username immediately.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
What happens if I need more users later?
Move up a plan and pay the difference for the remainder of your year. Your renewal date does not change.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You keep access to read and export your data for a grace period before the account is suspended. We never delete a paying customer's data without telling them first.
Do you charge for implementation or training?
Setup is self-service and the product walks you through it. If you want us to configure your masters and train your team, we quote that separately.
