Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Ezee Permit-to-Work service ("the Service"). By signing up you agree to them.

1. The Service

Ezee Permit-to-Work is a subscription-based permit-to-work platform. We provide a 90-day free trial; paid plans continue thereafter.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of permit data, for your users' actions, and for ensuring the Service is used in line with your own safety obligations. The Service supports your safe-system-of-work — it does not replace competent on-site supervision, risk assessment or statutory duties.

3. Subscription & billing

Trials are free and require no card. Paid subscriptions are billed per the selected plan. Non-payment may lead to suspension after the grace period.

4. Data ownership

You own your data. We process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime. On termination, access ends and your workspace data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
