This Privacy Policy explains how Ezee Technologies ("we") handles information within the Ezee Permit-to-Work service ("the Service").

1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, company, phone), the permit and safety data you enter, and standard usage/log data needed to operate the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process your subscription, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Data isolation & storage

Each customer's operational data is stored in a dedicated, isolated database. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and authentication.

4. Retention & deletion

We retain your data for the life of your account. You may request export or deletion; on account closure your workspace database can be permanently removed.

5. Security

We use authentication, role-based access control, audit logging and reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
